I-81 South to Rt. 17 West to Exit 70S (Rt. 201 South). Take the second exit (Rt. 17C
– Johnson City). Turn right at the signal, proceed 5/10 of a mile. Take right on to
Hudson Street. The Cardiology Associates/ Medical Office Building parking lot is the first driveway on the
left.
From Oneonta/Albany and points Northeast:
Rt. 88 South to I-81 South then to Rt. 17 West. Rt. 17 West to exit 70S (Rt. 201 South).
Take the second exit (Rt. 17C – Johnson City). Turn right at the signal, proceed 5/10

From Deposit/Middletown and points East:

I-81 North to Rt. 17 West. Rt. 17 West to exit 70S (Rt. 201 South). Take the second exit

From Candor/Ithaca and points Northwest:
Rt. 96B South to Rt. 96 South (Candor) to its end at Rt. 38 (Owego). Turn right,
go through the Town of Owego, cross the bridge over the Susquehanna River and follow the
signs to Rt. 17 East. Rt. 17 East to Exit 70S (Rt. 201 South). Take the second exit (Rt.
17C – Johnson City). Turn right at the signal, proceed 5/10 of a mile. Take right on to
