Therapeutic Services
Physicians refer patients to us for consultation, evaluation and second opinions as
well as comprehensive diagnostic and therapeutic services.
We encourage patients to maintain a strong ongoing relationship with their primary care
physician, with whom we maintain a close, professional relationship. If you come to us
without a primary care physician, we will assist you in finding one.
Diagnostic services provided in our office include:
- Stress testing
- Echocardiography with color Doppler (ultrasound of the heart)
- Stress echocardiography with computer assisted imaging
- Electrocardiography, including EKG's and 24-hour Holter monitoring
- Transtelephonic Arrhythmia (Event) monitoring
- Implantable Cardiac Defibrillator clinic
- Pacemaker clinic
- Transtelephonic pacemaker evaluation
- Nuclear stress testing and evaluation
In-hospital diagnostic services include:
- Transesophageal echocardiography
- Cardiac catheterization
- Electrophysiology studies
- Tilt Table Testing
Therapeutic procedures include:
- Permanent pacemaker and defibrillator implantation
- Arrhythmia Ablation
- Coronary balloon and stent supported angioplasty
- Advanced interventional services, including atherectomy, rotablator angioplasty and
brachytherapy for in-stent restenosis.
- Peripheral angioplasty- including renal, iliac and subclavian arteries.
